Double room w/ensuite near South Ealing

Hello there!

We have a double room with ensuite available in our houseshare.
The room is on the first floor and has a double bed with 1 nightstand, 2 wardrobes: one built-in, one freestanding and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a shower.

There is a living room, kitchen with dining area, a backroom (that we use for drying our laundry mainly) and a small garden.

Bills are currently at £100/month and include gas, electricity, water, broadband/tv, tv license and a fortnightly cleaner for all communal areas.
Council tax is included in the rent.

The house is a 2mn walk from South Ealing station, and 20ish mn walk from Ealing Broadway station.

There are 3 other women in the house, age 28 to 44, all working full time. As a group we like to share some time together here and there, getting take aways or going to a west end show, but also enjoy our own space and are a pretty chilled vibe.

We are looking for another woman to join our houseshare, professionals only.

Moving in date flexible between May 15th and June 1st.
