Hi there!

There is currently a double bedroom available in this beautiful 2 beds-flat. The room can be taken short to medium term (up to 6 months but a very short term rent is also possible). My flatmate is sadly moving out after 4 years. The flat is located in London Fields, South Hackney. The move in date is from February/March onwards, but can be flexible. The building is situated perfectly between London Fields and Victoria Park, the area couldn't be better for East London living (5 mins walk from Broadway Market and 15 mins walk from Columbia Road!).

The room is pretty spacious it comes with double bed, a big closet and a big drawer and it is filled with natural light all across the day. The rest of the flat offers a big open space living room, a cosy balcony for the sunny days, a nice sized modern kitchen and a clean shared bathroom. The building is pretty modern and safe and it also includes a useful bike storage.

About me: I'm a very laid back and clean flatmate, working and living in London for the past 7 years. I love doing sports (yoga, climbing, running and much more!), cooking, spending time with friends during the weekend. In my week days I am normally quite busy at work, therefore I usually chill a bit at home in the evening.

London Fields (4 mins walk), Hackney Central and Homerton (10 mins walk) ALL trains pass through Liverpool Street.

- Direct bus routes to Shoreditch/Liv St, Mile End, Canary Wharf, Monument, London Bridge, Barbican, St Paul's and Oxford Circus, all within a 3 minute walk

- Nearest underground station (Bethnal Green 15 mins walk) however a bus will take you 5 mins

- Lidl is a 2 min walk, Tesco 5 min walk and Hackney town centre is a 10 min walk away.
