Double Room In Lovely Flatshare

Hey folks,

We have one lovely double room up for rent in our flat in South Hackney. We’re a sociable bunch of 2 professionals and considerate housemates, all working Monday to Friday (in advertising/nature conservation and marketing) but love to socialise in the evenings and weekends, and often have friends over. We like things clean and tidy (especially the kitchen and dishes) take turns to clean the house once a week, and would love to find a new person to move in with at the end of the month. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Anyone keen would have to join the tenancy agreement which is for 12 months, and the room is £715/month + utilities and council tax which average around £100 extra each per month. The room comes unfurnished and is on the top floor with double glazing overlooking some trees so nice a quiet from street noise. The move in date is the 29th of October.

The flat is well located, a 5 walk to Cambridge Heath or 5mins bike ride to Bethnal Green tube station. Give us a shout if you’d like to view the place, we’re doing flat viewings on Saturday!
