The house is nestled away less than a 5 minutes walk from Victoria Park and is within walking distance to lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants.
The bedroom is a cosy/small sized double bedroom with lots of storage in the room and around the house. The living room and kitchen are all open plan and there is a dining area which is perfect for hosting. There is one bathroom with a shower/bath combo and we have a cleaner bi-weekly.
We have a conservatory and patio garden which gets lots of sun in the summer. There is also a private parking space available with the room.
Lizzie and I both work Monday to Friday so enjoy the weekdays going to the gym or relaxing and often spend the weekend out with friends or at the pub. We are looking for someone like minded to live with us.
