I am looking for a new flat mate for our 2-person flat located right next to Victoria Park and the Well Street Commons.

The nearest Tfl station is Homerton and various bus stops are right across the street! It's a 10-minute cycle to Hackney Wick, Broadway market and Bethnal Green and you have lots of great pubs (The People’s Park Tavern, The Tiger, The Kenton Arms, The Lauriston), a big Tesco, many restaurants and various organic shops in just 2-10 minutes walking distance.

The room available is bright, well-sized and recently renovated. The flat has two bedrooms, a spacious lovely living room with lots of light, a big balcony towards the back garden, a kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher, a bathroom with a tub, and a separate loo.

I’m 31 and a PhD student at the LSE and am looking for a friendly, open and clean roommate who is independent but also likes to socialise over a dinner or a drink.

The room would be available unfurnished or furnished if the new flat mate would like to take over the furniture from the previous flat mate for a small fee.

Earliest move in date is the 17/08/20, but am flexible depending on individual circumstances.
