Double Room available in Hackney Loft

Hello!

I am looking for a new housemate to take my room in a wonderful flat share.

Available to move in between the end of December or beginning of January.

We live in an apartment in a trendy, renovated warehouse in the London Fields area. It is lovely - huge windows, white walls, wooden floors, newish kitchen and lots of greenery. Split over two levels, there's plenty of room and a front door on each.

THE ROOM: A double room with a large window and two large wardrobes outside to fill all your stuff . There is a living/dining room to hang out in and watch TV, or enjoy the glass of wine, or two. The kitchen is great and has the potential to bring out the Nigella in all of us. There is also an open, outside public stair case for any smokers, and a place to store your bicycles within the courtyard of the building. There is a communal little courtyard garden too jazzed out with lots of plants. Also, there is a lift which gives easier access and makes the move-in a whole lot sweeter.

ABOUT THE FLATTIES: I live with two young British female professionals working in the creative industry. We’ve all become great friends who love hanging out but also respect each other’s distance. I’ve loved every minute of the 3 years I’ve lived there but sadly have made the difficult decision to move home whilst I find a job (sadly I’m a covid redundancy victim).

THE AREA: Hackney is great, the area is filled with bars, restaurants and a cinema. We're a short skip away from Broadway Market, which is a great place for a drink with friends or a perfect date spot, London Fields, Vicky Park and Hackney VIllage. Columbia Road is walkable, catch a bus up to Stokey, or saunter the canal anywhere you want. There is a Sainsbury's Local down the road, a bigger Lidl down the other, and a large M&S/24hr tesco in Hackney.

We are a 7min bus ride (or 9 min power walk) from Bethnal Green Station, a 7min Overground from Liverpool street, and a good cycle from everywhere.
