Perfectly located and super accessible by public transportation, the flat is just 1-min walk to South Hampstead (Overground), 5-min walk to Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line) and 7-min walk to Finchley Road (Metropolitan Line, Jubilee Line). All amenities including Tesco, Waitrose, M&S, Boots, Holland & Barret, Starbucks, and more are also on our doorstep, including a fabulous Sushi Restaurant right next to us!

For nature lovers, we are really lucky to have Primrose Hill, Regents Park and Hampstead Heath within walking distance, and Notting Hill is just 20 mn away by bus.

The flat offers:

- a fully-fitted open plan kitchen, living room and dining area
- a separate laundry room (including a dryer)
- a terrace with a small table and chairs
- a large bathroom with windows (to be shared with one person only)

The room itself offers:

- a queen size bed
- two large built-in wardrobe

I also like to mention that the sun rises in the living room and set right on the other side of the flat. The flat is super bright and sunny all day and we can watch beautiful sunsets from our bedrooms.

You'll be living with Flora and Lucie 2 professionals working in hospitality and art. We like things tidy and clean (not in an obsessive way though!). We spend as much time as we can outside however, we also enjoy cozy evening cooking and watching a movie from time to time with a cocktail in hand! We also like reading, so your book collection will be very welcome 😉.

The room is available from the end of February however we are flexible on the moving date and would be able to work around your move in date within February/March.

No agency fees and in terms of bills, it comes to an average of £100 per month.
