I am writing this ad on behalf of my flatmate who is looking for a replacement for his room.

It’s a lovely flat with a vintage feel on the top floor of a house.

The flat is very spacious with high ceilings, lots of natural light and an open plan kitchen and living room. There is a separate toilet and bathroom as well as a shower-room shared amongst a total of 4 flatmates.

There are 3 girls living here at the moment between the ages of 20-26, 2 of whom are students (and working part-time) and the other a professional who WFH for a charity.

It’s a clean and tidy flat and we are all mindful of taking care of it.

My flatmates room is a very spacious double room (the largest in the flat). It has high ceilings with lots of natural light and 2 large windows which come with some hanging plants plots. It also has a large desk which is perfect if you are working/studying from home. The room has plenty of storage space too & looks out onto the garden.

If you cycle, there is room to store your bike, either in the room, flat, house or the garden.

The location is within Zone 2 and only 10 minutes from central London by tube. It’s perfect for those who still need to travel.

It has a lot of stations within walking distance including Swiss Cottage, Finchley Road, Kilburn and Kilburn Park. South Hampstead, West Hampstead and Kilburn High Road overground stations are also near by.

Camden, Primrose Hill, Regents Park and Hampstead Heath are within walking distance too and the area has great bus links.
