Bright Double Room close to Finchley road

Single Room

The room is located on the top floor of the house.
It consists of a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and a set of bookcases (one of them will be leaving with he current tenant). If extra space is needed you can keep stuff in the common build in cupboard located in the hallway. The room is west facing so it gets nice sunlight in the afternoon. It also has a nice view from the window of a quiet residential road.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a big living room.

You will be sharing with 3 friendly professionals who like their own privacy but also enjoy a meal together occasionally. We have a cleaner come once every fortnight who does a nice job on keeping the place looking clean.
The flat is in a nice and safe area, close to Swiss cottage, Finchley road and South Hampstead tube stations, and many bus routes. There is also West Hampstead Thameslink station which it is within 15 minutes’ walk.
There is a big Waitrose only 5 minutes away and a big Sainsbury’s 10 minutes way. There are also many restaurants around.
