A spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed and plenty of storage space will be available from the 1st of August 2024 for a one-year contract. I'll be leaving halfway through the contract because I got a job abroad :)

Located between Swiss Cottage Station (Jubilee Line) and Finchley Road Station (Metropolitan Line), you will be living with two working professionals who are respectful, responsible and mature!

Perfect for working professionals (can pay monthly if your salary is 33k+) and/or students (LBS ones especially - one short tube ride on Jubilee or two direct buses) (you'd need to pay bi-annually - not the most convenient but quite impossible to find a cheaper flat around South Hampstead).

There is 1 big Waitrose, 1 big Aldi, 1 big Sainsbury's, 2 Tesco Express and 1 M&S Simply, all within 5-7 minutes' walking distance. There's a PureGym 4 minutes away, a Japanese and a Korean supermarket 6 minutes away, Boots and Cafe Nero 3 mins away, a Pret right next to Finchley Road, and a handful of restaurants (Italian!) in close proximity.

Windows are double-glazed; there is a newly renovated balcony and wooden floors (!!!); all bills have been set up already, so it's ready for you to move in!

There are a lot of storage spaces around the flat, and there is a cleaning rota that rotates around every week. Rooms are all separated so no one shares walls with other people, and guests are allowed for short periods as long as all flatmates agree :)

You can walk to Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath, Regent's Park (15~35 mins depending on which park), and there is a Majestic Wine 10 mins away (if you're a wine lover ;))

Cons (so you make an informed decision!): you'd be living with two other people - one works from home quite often, and the other goes to the office every day; no parties (but dinners are okay), no smokers!!, and you need to pay a lump sum upfront if you're a student (it was impossible to get this flat if it wasn't for this)
