The flat is an airy and spacious 3 bed, top floor flat with roof terrace and large open plan lounge/kitchen. The bathroom is shared with only 1 other person as the 3rd bedroom is an ensuite.

The electricity is included in the rent. The other bills are approximately £140pm average across the year (water, gas, internet, council tax)

The area has a number of cafes, bakeries and small shops, which adds a nice village atmosphere and West End Lane provides a large array of trendy bars, cafes and restaurants making this a great location to live in. There is also a large Waitrose a few minutes walk away and a large Sainsburys in the O2 centre just 10 minutes walk away. The open spaces of Primrose Hill and Regents Park is also a walkable distance.

We are a friendly bunch of working professionals and are happy to chat over a glass of wine in the evening, but equally have time to ourselves as well. We are looking for someone similar, but ideally someone who does not work from home full time.
