This is a two-person flat, so you will be sharing with just one other person.

Shared spaces: Living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a rice cooker, coffee machine, dishes, and utensils—all free to use.

Living room: TV with Netflix and Amazon connected.

I work long hours, so apart from my two days off, you’ll have the flat mostly to yourself. I’m looking for someone who’s quiet at night, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces—no parties or loud gatherings, please.

The previous flatmate had to return to her country unexpectedly, so I’m looking for someone to move in quickly. It really feels like a home, and the area is excellent. I’m confident you won’t be disappointed once you view it.
