You will live in an iconic area of London in an historical house with a wonderful roof/terrace in Thurloe Street, in the hearth of South Kensington...
The room is full furnished and there is everything that you need at home (WiFi, washing machine, cooking stuffs etc)
We are looking somebody to move in on 22nd September and the rent is £940 per month, this price include all the bills except for the electric bill (£20-30 per month)
We have a preference for somebody involved somehow with imperial college (student, phd, working, visting)
Minimum term 6 months with a preference for long term and £600 deposit
Nb. there is not a proper leaving room, but there is a big kitchen and roof terrace.
