Looking for someone to take over my double bedroom in our wonderful flat - 6 months at least, ideally 12 months.
Flat: 3 bedrooms, fully renovated recently, on the 3rd floor, indoor courtyard facing (quiet), 2 bathrooms.
Room: a LOT of storage (under the bed as well). The bed belongs to the landlord, the rest I have purchased (everthing is IKEA). I'm willing to sell everything BUT the desk / chair. Happy to consider taking everything with me if you're not interested.
Monthly bills: £120 on average on top of rent depending on the season
Area: 2-minute walk from South Ken station (circle, district, piccadilly) - Tesco/Waitrose on the same road.
Housemates:
26 year old girl and 28 year old boy - they've been friends for 10 years and housemates for 7+ years now (not dating!). They're both super independent & clean.
Both working in London and Swiss/British.
