South Kensington Studio (Late March–31 Aug)

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over a ground-floor studio in South Kensington—one of the safest and most upscale areas in London—from late March until 31 August. You will be sharing toilet with another person.

It’s in an amazing location: Gloucester Road Station (served by the Circle, District, and Piccadilly lines) is only a 3-minute walk away. Waitrose, Tesco Express, Burger King, Starbucks, Caffè Nero, and KFC are also within a 3-minute walk. Hyde Park is about 15–20 minutes on foot, and Imperial College London, the Victoria & Albert Museum, Natural History Museum, and Science Museum are all around 10 minutes’ walk away. It’s a great area for walks, and in the past two years living here, I’ve honestly never felt worried about safety.

I currently have a 12-month contract until August, so I’m looking for someone to take over from late March. You would sign a new contract with my landlord for the remaining period.

Rent: £1,146 per month
For South Kensington studios, you’d be hard-pressed to find a place this affordable.
Bills (approx.): Electricity ~£25/month, Wi-Fi ~£20/month
