Beautiful Room in South Kensington

Hi everyone,

I'm sharing a lovely room available in a beautiful flat in South Kensington.

The flat is set in a quiet residential area with access to three private gardens, exclusively for residents. It's incredibly bright thanks to its south-facing orientation and large windows.

The bedroom is spacious and comes with a double bed, plenty of storage, and a desk. The flat itself has two bathrooms (one of which you’ll share), a large living room, and a well-equipped kitchen.

You'll be living with Lizzie and Tommy - Lizzie works in retail and Tommy in marketing. They're both genuinely kind, friendly and easy-going, and they've created a really welcoming atmosphere in the tlat.
We have a great landlord and agency so very responsive if anything is needed.

I am moving in with my partner at the end of this month so am keen on finding the right person to replace me very soon. For the agency as part of their checks, please be ready to provide references including for employment and Rightmove Referencing.

Rent is £1,500 per month, and bills come to around £150 per month. Please note that rent is non negotiable.
