We are a professional couple working from home but commuting between London, Berlin and Hampshire so not full time at the property. We own the house and would keep the top floor.
Bedroom is 360 cm by 490cm
We are looking for weekday tenants ( preferably Monday to Thursday nights) who are out during the day.
The house is in a quiet friendly street in a conservation area with a square close by. You and our other tenant would be on the middle floor of a 3 storey house and would have use of the kitchen/diner and the garden plus shared shower and toilet rooms. We , the owners sleep on the top floor The main living room on the ground floor and big bathroom on the first floor are for us but we might occasionally invite you in to join us for a drink or something to be sociable. Equally we are happy to respect your privacy and not disturb you
We are 8 mins walk from Stockwell, Oval and Vauxhall station and 3 mins walk from buses,
