Good Sized Bedrooms Available In A Great Location

Hello everyone!

We are two friendly gals in their 30s looking for 2 new flatmates for our homely flat. **one room is gone now, the one in the picture is still available with flexible move in date-anytime from now till August 15th.
I am a paediatric nurse and work in central London and Clara is a Spanish teacher. When our schedules allow, we like cooking together, having picnics, watching movies, and our next goal is to learn to play tennis (a tennis court is right next door in our park).

We are looking for friendly and respectful flatmates who want to join this flat we see as our home. Short lets considered.

The 2 bedrooms which are available are upstairs. Both are good sized double bedrooms, bright and fully furnished. Downstairs we have a small kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. We are lucky to have a nice sized living room with a sofa bed and dining table. The other 2 bedrooms are also downstairs.

The rent is £525 a month plus around £70 for bills which can sometimes slightly go up during the winter. The deposit is £525. Ideally we are looking for someone who can move in by the 15. July for the first room. For the second room we are more flexible and move in date can be from now until August 15th.

We are renting privately from the landlord who is very nice and reasonable. He attends to any issues in a swift manner. We also recently agreed with him to renovate our flat in the next couple of months (which includes painting all rooms, changing carpets, tiles, and other minor things)

The location is very close to central London. The Northern and Victoria line are 10min walking distance (Stockwell station) and Vauxhaul is around 15min away. Other stations close by are: Wandsworth Town overground 10min, Clapham North 15min, and Clapham Junction is a 10min bus ride away.

We have a decent sized park next to us but also Clapham common and Battersea park within walking distance.
