Here is a lovely room in a converted ground floor flat, part of a detached Victorian property 10-15 minutes walk from Norwood Junction station. All bills are included in advertised price, there are two rent options - single person and couple.

The room includes comfortable double bed, antique wardrobe and plenty of storage space.

There are additional storage facilities in the bathroom and kitchen so you can keep your own things in your own place if you would like to!

There is a bright, airy kitchen with all the usual facilities (cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer). The bathroom includes a shower and bath, sink and a separate toilet room. I keep a clean and tidy home.

My name is Ceara and I am a live-in landlord. I have a cat so it is important that you are a fan of cats too!

I value mutual respect and appreciate healthy boundaries. I have shared my flat since Spring 2023 and prior to this I was also in houseshares so I appreciate how important it is to feel at home and live harmoniously together. I recognise the importance of balancing social moments with personal space.

I am open to a short let and can also accommodate someone looking for somewhere secure/long term (with the possibility of sharing meals/socialising etc!)

It is a great location for relaxation and greenery. Nearby we have South Norwood Country Park, South Norwood Lakes and Crystal Palace Park.

Amenities:
There are small supermarkets within a ten minute walk and the larger stores are easily accessible by walking (30 minutes) bus or tram (10-20 minutes).

Transport:
The closest station is Norwood Junction, about a ten minute walk. Elmers End is about a 20 minute walk across the park. There's also two tram stops close by.
If you cycle into Central, it's easily done in 45 minutes. I'd be happy to show you the way!
