I have a lovely large double bedroom which is furnished in a large 4 bedroom semi-detached Victorian house. With a modern new bathroom and eat in kitchen (+dishwasher, washing machine/dryer), it also includes a downstairs WC, sitting room, dining room and large-ish garden (with pond and accompanying wildlife!).

It's a bright room overlooking the back garden, with built in wardrobes and chest of drawers, double bed & mattress. Neutrally decorated. This room is available for £700 pcm.

The house is conveniently located 8 minutes' walk from Selhurst station with access to Victoria (25 mins) and easy connections to the Northern Line at Balham and to Clapham Junction. It is also a 15 minute walk to Norwood Junction which goes to London Bridge (15 mins) and is also on the London Overground 'ginger' line with connections to East London.

You will be sharing with me (landlord) and my dog (small, friendly and clean). I am a 49 year old English / Australian PR director and run my own business from home. I am friendly and easy-going, looking for a clean, respectful and considerate professional female who is looking for somewhere homely and a cut above typical rented accommodation. You must also like dogs as mine is extremely friendly and 'part of the family'. The room is only available on a short-term basis, date tbc but likely some time towards the end of October.

The house is conveniently located for Sainsbury's and many parks + the bars / restaurants and shops of Crystal Palace are a short bus ride away.

Rent includes fortnightly cleaner, all bills (excl international telephone). Deposit and employment / landlord references required. Please note you must be FULLY VACCINATED WITH BOOSTER(S) FOR COVID unless there are health reasons why you cannot be.
