About the flat: This is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom flat with a sunny balcony and with car parking and bike storage available. As the flat is a top floor flat, it is always warm and light and has only had one previous owner before me, having been built in 2014. The neighbours are friendly and I have had no issues with noise except for the sound of trains from Selhurst train depot. The flat is equidistant between Selhurst and Norwood Junction Stations. Norwood Junction can be reached by a short ten minute walk through the park and London Bridge is then a mere 11 minute train journey away.

About the room: The room is a double and fully furnished with a large built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, shelves and a new double bed and mattress. The layout of the flat means that the room feels quite private and access to the bathroom is just across the landing (see the floor plan in the photos).

About me: I am a single professional, pretty sociable and would ideally like a housemate that I can share the odd dinner with (although, as a full disclosure, my cooking is fairly disastrous). I am hoping to find someone who is relaxed, easy company and fairly tidy.
