NOTE: The property has been refurbished only 12 months ago and includes brand new furnishings. Please note, a chair for the study desk will be included. There is also a friendly (fat) British shorthair cat who is part of the family!

The apartment is clean and well maintained with cleaning equipment provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining space available.

The complex has onsite security as well as a 24 hour concierge service, gymnasium which includes a boxing ring and a swimming pool all included within the rental price!

The apartment has great views across the Dock and Canary Wharf ! The monthly price includes all bills, water, heating, broadband, Netflix etc.

It is a 1 minute walk from Crossharbour DLR, 3 minute walk to South Quay DLR and a 10 minute walk to Canary Wharf (Jubilee Line).
