I'm currently looking for a replacement tenant (i. e. to take over my contract, 8 months remaining) for my ensuite, which is in a 2B2B flat based on the 4th floor of Constable House (E14 9LH). The flat is furnished and comes with 1Gb broadband. The ensuite is spacious with a desk, a king-size bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The rent is 950 pcm with water bills included. You'll be put in direct contact with the landlord who is very nice.
The flatmate is a professional working in CW and is very easy-going. We're looking for a replacement tenant who is preferably a Chinese/Asian girl and is cautious about Covid and is happy to stay for 8 months (you could speak with the landlord if want to stay longer).
