A cosy double bedroom near Canary Wharf, ideal for professionals or students. I am looking for a replacement for my room as I will be moving out of London.

Room has a double bed. House features a very beautiful, extremely spacious living room and kitchen and another mini kitchen on floor 2.

The house is mostly professional tenants with one student.

Some other essential info:

- Contract is till 27/09/2024 with opportunity to renew
- Water and council tax included in the rent. Electricity and gas bills are not included (FYI: total electricity and gas bills came to around £50 per month even during the winter.)
- Free maintenance, wifi, and biweekly cleaning service for common areas are provided.
- 5 weeks deposit of £1475 and references required by the agency.
