Its on a Quiet residential street within 15 minutes walk of harringey green lanes, seven sisters and turnpike lane. Respectful, quiet families either side of the property. It's a Victorian terrace..

It's very near the buzz of the green lanes. Great local pub called the Salisbury and some of London’s best Turkish food including the highly acclaimed Gokyuzu and many other good spots.

You'll be sharing with a lovely, quiet couple who have been in the property for 2 years. The landlord is live out at present due to work but very hands on and available on the phone at all times.

Council tax is covered in the £700 monthly rent. Other bills are not.
