Large Single room in Shared House

We're looking for a new housemate to join us in our big 4-bed home in South Tottenham.

Single room:
A large single bedroom with a double wardrobe, two sets of drawers, a desk and a chair, there are windows on both sides of the room meaning lots of light all day long. The room is being re-decorated before the new tenant moves in.

The House:
Downstairs: 1 bedroom, sitting-room, conservatory, kitchen (equipped with washing machine and dryer! as well as usual white goods), bathroom- shared by the male housemates.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, toilet and shower room-shared by the female housemates
Garden: Patio with seating, lawn and flowerbeds around the edge - lots of privacy in the garden

The flatmates:

Staying in the house are myself (English (admin manager)), one guy (Spanish (product/analytics) & New Zealand female working in Social Media).
We go for a drink every now and then to a local pub and it would be great for our new housemates to join us.

We're looking for a guy to keep the gender split equal. We'd love them to be friendly, laid back and — of course — clean.

Transport:
There is a choice of stops:
- South Tottenham Overground (Gospel Oak-Barking) - 7 mins walk
- Stamford Hill Overground (Enfield-Liverpool Street) - 8 mins walk
- Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line, National Rail/Overground to Liverpool Street) - 12 mins walk
- Buses (67, 149, 243, 253/4, 318, 349, 479) run nearby into central, east or north London.

The area:
It's a very leafy and quiet residential area.

A large Sainsbury's is about an 8-minute-walk away, with Seven Sisters’ Tesco Superstore 10 minutes in the opposite direction.

Bills are split between us (water, gas, electricity, council tax, broadband). These come in at around £80pm.

Our landlord is a very considerate and conscientious lady who always makes sure things get fixed and updated. She really does care that we're all happy and asks only that the house is kept tidy.
