Hi lovely folks looking for a place to live.

My lease ends October 22nd and I'm looking to find two new people to take over the flat. My one flatmate has already moved out, so if one person wants to move in a bit earlier they can.

Rent £700 + bills £150 (pcm): Bills include council tax, internet, gas, electricity, and water. This means that depending on the month and usage, bills can be more or less.

Tenancy 1-Year: I am the current tenant but I plan to move out when the lease ends on October 22nd. However, my other flatmate has already moved out. So there is a room that is available right away and the whole flat is available at the end of October.

Benefits Not Accepted + References Required: No workarounds for benefits. References include proof of previous tenancy, proof of employment, and proof of income and/or savings.

Deposit 5 weeks: It was 6 weeks when I signed the lease but I believe the law went into effect after that. I will push that when talking with the Letting Agency.

The Flat itself is mainly stair-free. The living area, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom are all on the same floor. The other bedroom is a loft up a spiral staircase.

Description: This is a two bedroom, unfurnished flat located in Tottenham. The flat is right on top of Seven Sisters station and bus stop (no minute walk, you're literally right there). It takes around 15-20 minutes to get into Central London, with easy transfers from there. On the bus, you have quick and easy access to Dalston, Stoke Newington, and Shoreditch. There is a Tesco's Superstore right across the road and a retail park just a little further up the way. There's also a lot of cute shops, parks, and nice walking areas nearby.

About me: Hiya! My name is Natasha and I am the current flatmate, but I will be moving out at the end of October and so I am looking for someone to take over the flat once my lease ends. Since the flat is unfurnished, I am hoping to sell most if not all of the furniture to the new tenants directly, as well as move over bills and stay in touch for any mail that might come through when I'm gone.

If you plan to move in right away and want to get to know me more, I identify as queer and my pronouns are she/her. I work professionally as an Animator currently in the Video Game industry, but I am taking a few months off to volunteer to help the refugees in Calais (hence why I'm leaving). In the before times, I would attend and perform in drag shows, see all manner of plays and performances in London and nearby, and spend time with my friends who consist of either fellow LGBTQ folks and/or people in the games industry. I'm fairly tidy and very sociable. I enjoy taking care of my plants and drawing when I can.
