This is a great flat for a professional, student, couple or small family. We loved staying here.
It's newly refurbished throughout and has a spacious kitchen which also serves as breakfast bar and work area. It is really well kitted out with, unusually, a washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer and full height fridge. So much better than some of the pokey small flats you will see in the area.
The lounge is spacious with room for a dinner party and/or a double sofabed so friends and/or family can easily stay over.
The bathroom is clean and new and has a good hot shower and nice view.
The front door is shared by only 2 other professionals and so the communal areas are kept nice.
It is so well connected and yet really quiet and green to the rear.
The area has loads of cool bars, coffee shops and pizza places and is becoming the new Hackney due to the warehouse district which is attracting breweries, climbing gym, clubs, art spaces etc.
