Room in 7 sisters

Move-in date flexible.
I'll be leaving my room in seven sisters. Please contact me for exact move-in dates, as I'm still trying to determine when I'm moving. I'm flexible for the right person. This could be as early as next week, depending on what the other flatmates want.

The rental is 395 pounds a month. If you're not a student, council tax per person is 65 pounds a month, gas and electric are 20 pounds a month, wifi is 18.50 pounds a month, and the water bill varies. I'm not entirely sure what the deposit will be as I've lived here for a while, but I've asked the agency and will confirm asap. The number in the ad might not be accurate.

The comes with an expandable desk and chair and shelves. The new tenant would have to get a bed and whatever else they see fit. We could speak about transferring some existing furniture. There's one bathroom with a large bath and good water pressure that's shared between all four of tenants.

The room is garden facing in a super quiet neighbourhood adjacent to allotments. At the same time it's a 5 minute walk to bustling and beautiful West Green Road.

Viewings for this room will start on the 22nd. If you do finally decide to take the room, you would pay me my portion of the deposit to officially have your name included in the contract. I'm happy to show the email from the agency that details this process. There is no legal maximum tenancy period.
