Double Room in South Tottenham - Short Let

I'm renting out a room in my 2 bed property in South Tottenham.

At the moment just looking for somebody who would consider a 3 month Short Let but with the potential to extend. However I’m flexible with timescales so please message me with your requirements.

I'm a live in Landlord, ideally looking for a working professional to take the room, some one who is clean, considerate & chilled & ideally doesn't WFH the full working week.

Room
The double room comes furnished with a desk & chair, bed, wardrobe and side table.
There isn't a huge amount of storage in the flat so generally belongings will need to be stored in the room.

Property
Its a two bed flat with open plan living, kitchen dining area & shared bathroom.
There is also a Balcony with nice view of the local park.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a small block of flats, there is local parking options but permits are required.

Location
The flat is located in a residential area in South Tottenham, within walking distance of multiple areas. It's also a short walk to the Tottenham warehouse district where there is a couple of local bars & pubs.
Tesco located in Seven Sisters, Sainsburys is Stamford Hill.
15 Mins walk to Seven Sisters
10 Mins walk to South Tottenham Station
5 Mins walk to Tottenham Warehouse District
20 Mins walk to Tottenham Hale
15 Mins walk to Stamford Hill
Buses to Hackney, Stoke Newington, Dalston & Finsbury park all easy to access from the flat.

Bills
Rent is payable on 1st of every month, depending on the date in January when the tenant moves in January's rent can be discounted.
£900pcm , bills not included
£850 is needed for the Deposit prior to move in date. Will be held securely during the period of tenancy.
Flat is set up with BT internet / WIFI
Council Tax, TV License, Internet are all fixed charges.
Gas / Electric & Water are metered.
Estimate Bills charges based on two people sharing would be around £170 per month including all fixed bills.

About me;
I’m working in the fashion industry & have lived in the flat for 2.5 years. I enjoy music, really into movies and quite sociable but generally socialise outside the flat.
Evenings in the flat are chilled and enjoy a glass of wine or two.
Would be great if we can get along go for the odd drink or food, however if you’d prefer to keep yourself to yourself while here that’s fine also.
