Room 1

I have 2 rooms to let in St Anne's, South Tottenham (rooms 1 and 3 on the floorplan). Happy to have friends move in or two people separately.

The flat is nice and airy with two balconies. It was completely renovated 5 years ago by our lovely private landlady and we have kept it in great condition. There are two large parks at the end of the road as well as nice coffee shops, pubs and bars in the area.

We are a ten minute walk from Seven Sisters tube station which is on the Victoria line, and the Overground. It takes around 13 minutes to get to Oxford Circus from Seven Sisters on the tube. We're also near Finsbury Park and Green Lanes which have great pubs and restaurants too.
I've lived in the flat 3 years now, so I can give you all the deets on the area and what's around.

I'm looking for two fun, easy going girls to move in. I work in the office full time, so if you wfh you'll have the flat to yourself during the day.
I enjoy cooking, chilling out in the living room in the evenings (Real Housewives fans extra welcome), going for dinner and drinks - all the good stuff! It's definitely a friendly, social vibe - but not a party flat, and I enjoy my own space and will respect yours too :)
