Beautiful room in a friendly Tottenham houseshare

Our lovely flatmate Rachel is moving out, so we are looking for someone to join our houseshare from around the 21st of March. You would be sharing with Denis, Nico and myself, we are all in our thirties, with filled with work, studying, volunteering, and fun things, and looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, who would be respectful around the house, but also enjoy chats and giggles in the kitchen or a film night together.

The room is on the first floor, is large and gets a lot of sunlight, facing the back garden, which is going to be an oasis in the summer (gardening enthusiasts to the front). The house has wooden floors, two showers and two toilets, a living room, a huge kitchen, and space to store bicycles out in the garden.

The room is £855.5 a month plus bills, which vary but could be around £150 in the winter months and a little lower in summer. The deposit is £718.75. We are signing a new contract starting April, but ideal move-in date is around 21st of March.
