Loft room

One large spacious loft room available in our friendly house. Would suit a professional or postgraduate student who likes a quiet life and peaceful place to call home.

If you are working from home, you are welcome to use a separate study room which is next to the loft room.

Our area is easy going and nice place to live with lots of local shops, supermarkets and fab restaurants.

You will have very easy access to central London with the tube station (Seven Sisters) less than a minute from the front door. It takes 10 minutes to Kings X or 20 minutes to Victoria on the speedy Victoria Line. There's also an overground train to Liverpool Street Station from Seven Sisters, which only takes 15 minutes, and we have brilliant bus links to Finsbury Park, Liverpool Street, Enfield, Hackney, and Islington.

Rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water and council tax) and Wi-Fi. Deposit required of two week rent. This will count towards your last month's rent.

About us, I work for a children's charity, my current house mate works for a charity supporting refugees. My other house mate worked for educational charity and left to return her parents outside of London - we miss her! We are nice and friendly and look forward to welcoming you to our home. We are also both vegetarian and generally tidy.
