Friendly House Share

Hello there!
We’re a friendly, mature house looking for a fourth, professional housemate.
The current household is occupied by 3 females.
The house is large and in good condition, including a bathroom and kitchen. Good size dining room and lounge with Netflix and broadband. There’s a garden and shed, with a perfect space for barbeques. Convenience with washing machine + dryer.
Our interests include: crossfit, gym, music, yoga, hiking and having a glass of wine together on occasion, but we also have our own lives.
There’s a single room available which has good natural light. This is a peaceful area of Wimbledon.
Excellent transport links with South Wimbledon tube station (Northern line) a 5 min walk away, as well as the tram 5 min walk. It’s a 10min walk to Wimbledon. Buses close by are 93, 152, 163 and 164. South Wimbledon to Waterloo and London Bridge within 30 mins.

We have a cleaning rota and pay bills monthly. Individual bill increases in the year are split amongst all housemates. Bills at Roughly £140.
