I've have a huge double room available in a large home in Wimbledon. The advantage of this rental is the benefit of having ample space in 'half a house'.

The house is split over 3 levels (140m2). Original victorian features, good sized garden & patio, separate dining room, separate living room, plus kitchen and conservatory. x2 full-sized bathrooms (you would have exclusive use of x1 to yourself), there is a home office and a large guest room which doubles up as a separate home office/studio. It is a great property if you have a child/friends/family to host.

The available bedroom is the master bedroom and is 15' x 14', fully furnished if you would like to use the available furniture, otherwise it can be moved to the guest bedroom.
x3 minutes walk to South Wimbledon Tube (Northern line) and 12-15 min walk to Wimbledon Broadway. Tesco and Sainburys are nearby plus Gym and swimming pool (7 mins walk), its a great location to be close to Wimbledon Village, Merton Abbey Mills, Colliers Wood, Tooting etc.

The current housemate is very relaxed (from Aus), great energy and partial to a BBQ in the sun or watching a good film. He is a busy owner of two businesses one of which is a successful sailing company (travelling up to 8 weeks of the year). A video can be provided for you to see the existing housemate and have an initial tour of the house.

I am sadly moving out due to the impact COVID has had on the industry I work in. Otherwise I would happily stay in this beautiful house.
