We are 3 professionals aged 26-38 one of our house mates has decided to move so we require a 4th!

We all get along fairly well and there is usually always someone cooking or chilling in the kitchen/lounge. As long as you are decent and respectful of others it's all good. We are not are party house but we have a decent garden for bbq's and yoga and whatever. We'e definitely made it a sort of outdoor gym during lockdown. We are not looking for new best friends to always socialise with we all do our own thing much of the time but its a great home and good location

This is for a single tenant occupancy professional. *If you are in a relationship please don't have your partner come stay 6 days a week :( * Please be respectful on this

You have your own bathroom en-suite and there is also a main bathroom for the 3 others and a downstairs toilet

All bills included including have a twice monthly cleaner (all main areas, extra if you want your bedroom cleaned too)

Open to male/female no preference, currently 3 males

So we can avoid a break in tenancy please try to be able to move the weekend of the 5/6th September
