3 Double Rooms in Modern Wimbledon House

Room 1

I’m looking for three lovely housemates to take on the new tenancy for this house share which starts on 28th February.

The house is part of a small gated community with secure entry and there is one allocated parking space right by the door. The available rooms are split over the second and third floors. All rooms are big enough to fit a desk if you are working from home, and have plenty of light. One of the rooms on the top floor has its own en suite bathroom and balcony that is big enough to fit a couple of chairs. The other two rooms will be sharing the family bathroom on the first floor with myself. There is also a separate downstairs toilet.

The kitchen has a five burner stove which is useful for when more than one person is cooking at a time! It’s also fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine and there’s a kitchen table and chairs.

The living room is fitted out with two sofas and currently has a desk that one housemate uses to work from, though this will be going.

The house is well situated less than 5 minutes walk to South Wimbledon station (northern line) and less than 15 minutes walk to Wimbledon station (district line and mainline trains). There are also several bus routes that run past the house. There are several small shops within a few minutes of the house such as a Sainsbury’s local and Tesco Express. A short walk towards Colliers Wood there is a hyper market with large Sainsbury’s and M&S. In Wimbledon centre there are other supermarkets as well as Centre Court shopping centre and lots of cafes and restaurants. There are several gyms and leisure centres nearby.

We have a house account which we all pay into for the rent and bills each month. Bills will be roughly £160 each month to cover council tax, water, utilities, insurance, broadband and all household products etc. Any extra left in the account is then divided up again.

Vegan or vegetarian housemates would be preferred though of course this is not essential as long as you are respectful 🙂
