Spacious Double Room with en-suite

I am looking for someone to take over my spacious double room in a three bed and three bath flat share. It is available from the 1st of June 2021.

It is a modern double bedroom with en-suite overlooking Hayden’s road recreation ground. Situated off the main road so it’s peaceful and quiet and gets a lot of sun so it’s nice and bright throughout the flat. There is a desk and dining room table in the living room if you need to work from home, which I did throughout 2020.

Sharing with two awesome housemates, one South African and one Zimbabwean, both working professionals who enjoy playing hockey and are very sporty and sociable. One is a teacher and the other works in banking. We currently take turns cooking dinners throughout the week but perfectly fine for you to do your own thing. Some nights we enjoy chilling in the lounge and watching Netflix together on the two big comfy couches.

There is a parking space available and extra storage space on the ground floor if you have a bike etc. About a 10min walk to South Wimbledon station and 15min walk/5min bus to Wimbledon. Sainsbury’s and good coffee shops are just around the corner.

I have loved living here and am only leaving as I am moving in with my girlfriend. Rent is £725pcm not including bills and you will have to go through referencing with the agency which is pretty straightforward.
