I have a lovely double room available in a homely, spacious house 5 minute
walk to South Wimbledon station. It's very modern as it's recently been done up with 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath).

ROOM AVAILABLE: MIDDLE FLOOR - available 1st May.
This room has a desk and desk chair, king sized bed and built in wardrobes with drawers and lots of space. It over looks the downstairs garden. £950/month + £100 bills.

The room in total is £1050 which includes all bills - Cleaner once a month, Netflix, water, electricity, gas, council tax etc. Living there currently are 3 very sociable girls, however one of them will be moving out at the end of April.

The lounge is large and has a sofa bed, 2 large sofas and a pull out table for dinners. The house is very close to Haydons Road Park and not on a busy road so doesn't feel like you're in London, but Wimbledon's bars and restaurants are a short 5-10 minute walk away. Here you'll find the district line and national rail too, so very good connections.
