After a couple of years in the flat, I'm moving out and looking for someone to take my place!
The flat is a 5min walk from South Wimbledon tube and 15mins into Wimbledon.
You'd be sharing with two lovely flatmates Holly (28) who is a physio for the NHS and Lauren (25) who works for a charity. It's a nice chilled atmosphere, both like to do their own thing but also hang out/chill together watching a film, going for a drink etc.
The room is nice and big in a 3 bedroom, 2 floor, 2 bathroom flat. It easily fits a desk if you're working from home and comes furnished. There's also a decent sized garden. Rent is £710 and bills are usually £60-80 a month.
I'm looking for someone to move in around the end of June but can be fairly flexible. The contract ends at the end of October but it can be extended. Drop us a message if you're interested or need any more info :)
