The flat is in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, with large living room and kitchen and a garden. Room is a spacious double with enough space for a bed, wardrobe/clothes rail, chest of drawers, and desk (ideal for WfH).

Bedroom comes unfurnished (living room already has sofa, extendable dining table, coffee table and tv).

5 minutes away from South Wimbledon station (Northern line) and 15 minutes away from Wimbledon station (District and National rail).

Bills usually come to 120-140 per month per person (including council tax, gas, electricity, WiFi and water).

Ideal for a female working full-time professional.

No couples or pets please.

I'm a 25-year old female young professional working in consulting. During my free time I love going to the gym, or grabbing a coffee/brunch. I work from the office 2-3 days per week, and work from home in my bedroom the rest of the time.

What I am looking for:
