This would best suit someone looking for a nice, relaxed house, to escape city life whilst only minutes away from a tube station and fast access to Central London. Just 3 mins walk from South Wimbledon Tube Station - which is amazing location. Also 10-15 minute walk to Wimbledon Train/ District Line. So ideal if you want to save lots of time.

Living with an easy going male early 40’s, in a relaxed house, looking for professional male or female looking to live in a clean and tidy house.

This is just for 7 months until early February with an opportunity to extend for a further year. Rent for the double room is £1,200 per month, plus bills. This is great for someone looking for a home, somewhere quiet, as we have the whole 2 story house to ourself. Also neighbours and area are very quiet. We are looking for someone from July, however we are open to get someone to move in sooner if that is something you would be interested in.

A months deposit needed and reference check with the agency (which I will pay for). So no additional costs.
