Hey everyone!

We’ve got a double room available in a cozy house in a safe and lovely Wimbledon neighborhood, just an 8-minute walk from South Wimbledon station, or 12 minutes from Colliers Wood station. Perfect location with easy access to central London, grocery stores, shops and park nearby!

The House:
Two-story setup with a shared bathroom upstairs, a toilet downstairs (to be installed), and a spacious kitchen diner.

The Room:

Double Bedroom: £900/month (includes all bills and VM Gig1 Fibre Broadband)

Furnishings: Fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, and a built-in wardrobe.

Us:
We’re a Taiwanese couple in our early 30s—friendly, experienced with shared living, and we’re all about keeping things chill and comfortable. The other two female roommates are also friendly, respectful, and tidy. We enjoy having some good chats over meals or coffee/tea together, but this is not a party house. Whether you want to socialize or prefer your own space, you are welcome here.

Meet Olen! 🐶
We have a 5-month-old Coton de Tulear puppy. She is incredibly well-behaved, lovely, and a total cuddle-bug! Since she’s a Coton, she is hypoallergenic and does not shed hair, making her the perfect housemate even if you’re sensitive to pets. She’s always happy to greet you after a long day!

You:
Ideally, you’re someone who’s also tidy, friendly, and respectful of others. No smokers, please. And of course, you should be someone who enjoys the company of a friendly puppy!
