Spacious room available in South Wimbledon

Hello,

Here's a lovely spacious double room available in South Wimbledon.

The house is a charming five beds that you will share with four other professionals who are mostly busy with their lives. There's a spacious kitchen, a toilet downstairs and another one inside a wet room with a lovely shower.

The room comes with a double bed + mattress, a large wardrobe and a TV stand. So if you've got some pieces of furniture, you'll have plenty of space in the room for them as the rest of the furniture is mine and will come with me.

In terms of the rent, it has to be paid on the 1st of every month to the agency's account. The room is £850 with bills included, and a cleaner twice a month - so a great deal!

If you are interested in the room, there will be a holding deposit to be paid to the agency to secure the room (this will then be deducted from the overall deposit, which totals £850).

The room should be free from 24/03 but I'd be happy to confirm this with you :)
