Charming two story townhome with garden in South Wimbledon. 3 min walk from the northern line and multiple bus stops. 13 min walk to district line and overground. 5 min walk to trams, 5 min walk to a large park and several others, 3 min walk to tesco. 12-15 min walk to sainsburys, Aldi, morrisons, Odeon, M&S, Uniqlo, pubs, and many restaurants.

Two lovely ladies from Washington D. C. and Chicago will be living as well as their lovely and very quiet, sweet, and behaved German shepherd named Penelope. Everyone is very tidy, keeps to themselves but also enjoys a nice chat or movie time in the living room. Both students, so they like their alone time to study but also enjoy a pint on the weekends. They often cook together!! Looking for someone that is quiet and respectful and does not mind living with a dog ( no responsibilities for the dog of course, apart from a pat on the head or two). 1 housemate is downstairs while the vacant room and another housemate is upstairs with the bathroom and laundry upstairs as well. There is also an additional room upstairs used for extra storage, suitcases, etc.. The room comes with a nightstand, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, double bed, blackout curtains, and hangers. The room available has bay windows and is quite spacious.
