Hey everyone, my friends and I are looking for a guy to fill a room in a house in South Wimbledon. 🏡

We are 3 young professional South Africans; aged 24-25; 2 girls & 1 guy. 👩🏼‍💻👩🏼‍💻🧑🏽‍💻

Some details about the property:

• Rent around £900 per month (excl. bills) for double bedroom (3.1m x 2.9m) and shared bathroom (with one other person).

• Move in date: 20 February 2026. Looking for a long term signing (12 months). 🗓️

• 5 minute walk to South Wimbledon station (Northern line) & 15 minute walk to Wimbledon station (District line & overground). 👟

• The place is unfurnished but we have communal furnishings - you would only need bedroom furnishings.

• The house has recently be redone and is in a nice residential area with a garden (great for a braai) 🇿🇦

Some details about us:

• We are a couple and a third wheel looking for a guy to dilute the girl gossip.

• We are a clean, responsible and friendly bunch if we do say so ourselves.

• We enjoy the lesser spotted good glass of wine in London, a Saturday morning coffee run, dinner clubs & socialising with friends. 🥂

• We will be completing board exams while working in central London so looking to form a well-balanced household. 🥰
