Spacious Double room with private bathroom

My friend/flatmate is moving out because he got married. I’m looking for someone to take his room.

It’s a 3 bed, 3 bath house.
Living room is overlooking the main road. Bus stop is right outside.
South Wimbledon tube station 4 minutes walking

The main bedroom is massive, comes with a private bathroom.
Second room is an en-suite room, bathrooms inside.

Kitchen space is large. The house comes unfurnished but I’ve bought some furniture so there’s a couch and few appliances such as toaster, kettle etc. there’s a TV in the living room as well.

Previous flatmates can sell their beds and wardrobes to you if interested or I can help you get furnishings at a good price.

There are no locks inside the house so I will be meeting and interviewing you as I need flatmates I can trust :))

We’ll need working professionals preferably with permanent jobs and visa situation sorted so that they can get through the necessary paperwork and checks.
