Wimbledon Spacious Welk Lit Furnished Room !

Hello! I am looking for a sublet to replace my place in this 3 bed , 6 room, adorable Wimbledon flat come April 1st. I am looking to move back to America, and want to find a preferably female to replace me. It is a furnished room, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fireplace, and nightstand. I did buy the nightstand and chest of drawers, so if those wish to be kept I will ask that the an additional £50 be placed on first months rent only. You will be residing with Carla (25) and Baylor(28) both masters students and working professionals from America. The lease is until October 1st, but if you are able to find your own sublet you can move out at anytime. Carla and Baylor are both very clean, Baylor has a dog ( tenant needs to be dog friendly ) that is very well behaved, cuddly, sweet, clean, and would not hurt a fly. Baylor and Carla are sociable and kind, enjoying wine and movie nights as well as cooking together. Bills come out to 80£ a month but will decrease as the summer months come closer. There is a garden available, and a 4 min walk to the northern line , tesco, and numerous coffee shops. 12-15 min walk to district and overground , Aldi, bars, pubs, restaurants. Move in date can be negotiated! Can send more pictures upon request
