A large double room taking up the entire top floor of a two-bedroom maisonette in Wimbledon available from April onwards. It can comfortably fit a king-size bed, desk, and plenty of storage, and comes partially furnished already with a desk, shelf, a chest of drawers, and clothing racks.

As it's a two bed, you'll be sharing the flat with just one other person. There's a separate living room, shared bathroom, and a kitchen that was fully remodelled in 2020. The flat is kept clean and tidy.

The flat is halfway between the Wimbledon and South Wimbledon stations, walking distance from the Northern, District, Tram, and Overground lines. The area has a good range of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, gyms, and Wimbledon Common is nearby. There's permit parking available around the flat - in the W4 area.

The flatmate, David, is 33, and a PhD candidate at King's and a writer. He's tidy and easy to live with — fair warning that he stress-bakes on occasion.

The bills (water, gas, electric, council, wifi) are split evenly, averaging around £200/month each. It's Council Tax Band C.
