Room available in friendly girls house

Hey, we’re looking for a girl in her mid-to-late twenties to join us for resigning for a year from 3rd of May.

You’d been joining 3 British girls (24, 25 & 28) working in law, consulting & occupational therapy. We became friends through this house & are looking for another friendly housemate! We have our own busy schedules, but love a catch-up, occasional TV, and arranging meals & activities together.

🛏️ Rooms: As it’s the smallest bedroom in the house, you’d get your own separate study/dressing room too - please see the photos and stars on the floor plan. The room came unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe & desk, you could buy the rest of the furniture for cheap or use your own. The rest of the house is furnished.

🏡 House: The house is great, especially for the price! There’s so much space, a lovely garden, and 2 bathrooms. We like to keep our home clean & cosy and are looking for someone who wants the same.

📍Location: We’re located in a lovely green suburb area with several nearby parks and great transport links. South Wimbledon station (Northern line) is ~10 minutes walk, and Wimbledon High Street is the same (District line & trains).

💰Rent: £825 pcm (not inc. bills)
Bills: Currently ~£150 for everything

🗓️ Lease: Yearly contract from 3rd of May 2026-2027. We have a great landlord and love living here. The contract is as a household rather than by the room, so we need someone happy to commit for the year, as it’s a £500 fee to break it and it would break all of our contracts. If needed, you could move in from 24th of April.

Viewings: Starting viewings from 29th of March onwards.
